While I appreciate the compliment, the situation is quite difficult because they paid way too much basing their price (and business plan) on an unobtainable reality.

You had one desired outcome that was outside of the parameters of what we were able to make a reality.

The person that thinks they have it all figured out, has lost touch with reality. 

Eventually, you begin to develop  detachment as a survival mechanism.Some people find it really easy for others it is an adjustment to work in this space and see the reality.  

Because reality is most consumers in the TK space come with an assumption that one presenting as a TK company is the one who own's the property, did the reno, did/does all the things, internally, no affiliation etc etc.

Unfortunately, if you don't have the resources, its not very possible.here is my sort of "truth vs. reality:"  I think we'd agree that its true if you were a professional athletes you make lots of money (male more so than females, but that's not the point). 

Never read any books about RE, 99% of them are not reality  

If you have been doing it less than 90 days and say it's not working, then your expectations are not aligned with reality.

Because reality is most people are broke and those who are not are saving money for the rainy day.

The reality is the assessments are correct, but when you do the math based on the tax rate (which in most locales has also gone up) our property taxes on our properties is up an average of over 10%…I know some will say “fight the assessments” but honestly I think some of them may be low (and truth be told I would guess less than 5% if people contest assessments).I am curious, have others started to receive their assessments - and were you in sticker shock?
