If the 22 + 70 acres appraises high enough to cover my mortgage, can I own the 8 acres parcel/building lot free and clear and pull a HELOC on it?

It's not super complicated, but you can pull out cash to rehab the deal and then put it on the market with no prepayment penalty. 

Just find out the city ordinance is required if you rent any unit for 180 days or less, then you need to pull a permit.

Agents are able to pull demographic reports for a specific address for you as well.

Maybe you bird dog and find a deal you can pull off with a partner and make 1/2 the profit.  

That’s not how I do my business.Should I pull the property off the market and stick with him and deal with the vacancy when it actually happens?

We have not pulled the trigger yet with them, but I did find a close circle friend that has used them in the last few months and it went very very well.

A bridge loan won't have any type of prepayment penalty and if you are buying properties at a discount you could quickly pull the equity.

We will also finish up some renovation on our owner occupied house and pull a HELOC for an emergency fund and possible rental purchase fund.What are you looking to do, @Kristie Laufer?
