The way I have it setup is that if they are not presenting their A-number (the number they are calling from) They will get a prompt asking them for their name before they get through to me, then when the call comes to my cell phone (or whatever phone I have the google voice pointed to) I get a recorded message with the persons name and the option of accepting the call or send it to voice-mail.
