In your opinion do you think the extra bathroom needs work?

You can get unbiased opinions from people in the Community who have invested with different operators.  

I told you the story about China because they're QE is going to be a boom for Bitcoin.I know we're on a real estate forum, but in my opinion of over 15 nearest investing in real estate you really need $100,000 minimum to make your first investment, especially when you are looking at out-of-state passive investing if you are dead set on real estate I would recommend reading some books on wholesaling I'd use your money as earnest money to put the properties under contract

Simply showing a house doesn't cut it....Ok, to cut through all the OPINIONS flying around with some FACTS. 

Harris/Walz says "Let's do it again".I think blaming the American people is a bit of a cop out in my opinion.

I would love to get some opinions and neighborhood recommendations for investing in Single Family and Duplexes using the BRRR Strategy.
