My wife and are in the moment considering what you and your wife did. we built 3 years ago, and a house like mine just sold for 190k which we purchased for 150k. and since we lived in it for over 2 years im looking into the capital gains rule, super exciting stuff to learn.which i have way more upgrades plus the corner lot with an awesome back yard.

I don’t know actually what my goals in real estate are but at the moment I’m looking to get some fix and flip properties, any advice would be great.

Hi Dan, I'm interested in multi-family at the moment......duplexes, triplexes....small apartment buildings. 

I am not a financial whiz or a commercial giant by any means, only that I know if we sell this property, the buyer is going condo route, so why couldn't I go that route.I am guessing my biggest mountain at the moment is how could I even possibly get financing for a 30-40 unit complex since in theory we are talking in the multi millions.  

Like I said we are in the process of figuring out the details at the moment.
