Hello allI've been doing probate for a while now with some mild success, but I think my direct mail marketing copy needs some professional help in order to improve my conversion rates.

But...it's been a mild winter and I now understand there are advantages to being one of few houses on the market that time of year, particularly since people looking in the winter tend to be more serious and intent on purchase, not just shopping around.

I've been told that a Mild renovation is 5-10 bucks per square foot.....Medium is 15 to 25 and High is 25 to 50 per square foot.

The reason of the notification is because I was scheduled to enter for maintenance the next day.He said he feels fine, no symptoms just something similar to a mild cold. 

I would hope to see at least some mild appreciation over the next.. decade?

I was leaning towards 15% down and putting the other money towards the mild rehab.

Does that price include linens, paper products, dish and dishwasher detergent, etc?

I'm now looking at a fixer upper (to put it mildly.  

If there is a correction I think it will be mild.

I'm mildly handy but I don't have a construction background so more in the realm of flooring/painting etc. thanks!
