Hey @Chris Packer, with your building’s appreciation and solid lease potential, you’re in a great position, even with the cash crunch.

But since MTR became popular especially in Vegas we just went to our broker who placed the tenant for a lease fee and its worked great.. its a nice way to go this MTR.. 

On large complexes you can look up their website and see if they have a leasing map that identifies address/unit.

Just to expand on his point about a glut of new housing- we are certainly feeling it when it comes to leasing and renewals throughout 90% of the city. 

There is a billboard on site with lease in place. 2.5 acres total with outdoor parking and room for expansion.

It’s leased out now and ready to go to market.

I don’t charge a pet deposit or pet rent but I do put in the lease that the tenant is responsible for any and all pet damage.
