Banks like Wells will open one for the master llc but not the cells, so that won't work.I know the larger institutions typically shy away but I'm sure there are others in town willing to do it.

If it has great LTR capabilities, I'll have a larger loan if it's strictly a seasonal/market related STR it's no leverage on it.The money is where the work is needed.

There are plenty of investors who are in a financially strong position to self-insure their properties completely, take on much larger deductibles, or eliminate certain coverages from their policy in an effort to drive down their insurance costs.

Then there is one on the wall to the left of it, which I hate opening since it opens to the patio of my neighbors apartment where she keeps 5 little dogs, so opening it only fills the hot living room with the smell of dog urine.

Thanks for mention mate,Happy to help and offer guidance.We decided to totally pull back on taking on new investors and will just help our existing investors purchase from time to time.It's not worth the baby sitting drama involved and I see folks would rather BRRRR so we will just do the PM and fix the F@#$ ups and charge appropriately for it 🤷♂️I moved to the US 12 years ago to build my own portfolio and all I have done was help others build theirs lol.I don't even have a larger portfolio than our highest volume investor...What a joke for me hehe
