I have a single family rental home and the laminate kitchen counters need to be replaced. 

I don't plan to do anything too major on my first one (like adding bedrooms or moving walls), but it would be nice to be able to update a kitchen or bathroom.

It was originally a 6 week timeline to complete remodel 2 bathrooms, kitchen update, and new paint/floor/lighting throughout the condo.

Whole house water filters, water softeners, and filters in the kitchen are also good for 6 month checks.4) Regular checks can also be used to check for tenants destroying the property, or swapping out appliances for cheaper ones.
