I’m Katie and I joined this community because after years of saying I want to invest in real estate, I’m finally taking action.  

The idea being if you can create a foundation and then place the modules on top with a crane and then join once they are located, you could significantly reduce the costs of the build. 

You just need to be careful that you are getting legitimate investors and flippers, not other wholesalers trying to sell your deal.

I suggest you look into joining the Central Florida Realty Investors group. 

Yeah they are month to month but in washington dc it is very had to get them out even for legitimate reasons but thanks for advice.
