I was building a new laundromat in the best retail area of our town when our job site got its tools and copper robbed for the second time.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

They are there on time reliably, do a good job managing inventory/off site laundry, and generally do a good job cleaning overall.

@Akshay Monga Nice to see that you have such a cushion of money.

Though, if your client base is nice retired people, it probably won't matter.  

We used to have nice big TV monitors in the lobbies. 

Its got to be better than sitting at a job. 

But around here some of the screening services that claim to do background checks do a lousy job of it.

It won't be long you can look back and see a nice portfolio.  

I left my job earlier this month with the intent of retiring -- not so sure how that's working out as now I'm interviewing as I feel like I'm not being productive (this is an entirely different beast).
