Otherwise the reason for creating your LLC in the first place is out the door, and you are still vulnerable. 

I am currently in a similar position to you when you decided to start out (enough for down payment + closing costs, but would be feeling pretty vulnerable savings-wise after that lol).  

Of course, this is assuming that matching the competitor rental price doesn't leave you in a vulnerable position financially. 

If your 401k is vulnerable RE business is just as volatile if not more.  

From all appearances, the deaths are in the most vulnerable populations, the elderly or those with underlying health problems.

It would be irresponsible to publicly post the addresses to properties that are vacant or could otherwise be considered vulnerable to illegal activity.

No one sees what goes on behind the scenes, the self-doubt, the tears, the vulnerability, the rough times. 

As a proponent of good government, I believe that government should not be a willing party towards fleecing its most vulnerable (or dumbest, if you want to call a spade a spade) citizens.
