As far as climate goes, we have a wide variety, but not a lot of water. 

Yeah, that is my concern that it will be platform wide and not just limited to CA.I really don't see a problem with having it all broken out.

Looks like one is better for a flip and the other has an incredible upside with equity so we plan on holding that one. 

If you're choosing between such a wide variety of available investments, the most important criteria is choose the type of investment that suits your business goals.

Check that your marketing is casting a wide net, the information is accurate, pictures are well-lit and at good angles, etc.3.
