Hi, I’m highly considering a mixed use building which includes a few residential units and a couple commercial units.

As @Julia Lyrberg noted, MTRs typically rent for more than LTRs, as they should for a furnished home with utilities included. 

I honestly give 5 stars when I shouldn't because I feel bad, but I give them feedback the whole time on what is broken and if they are responsive I feel like it's ok and then I still include what to look for in my review to help others.

As with any professions, real estate agents included, there are good and bad.

This is because the main house often includes value drivers that ADUs do not, such as larger living spaces and more comprehensive amenities.

Including guys like @John Underwood and @Michael Baum

Some tools that might help at this stage include AirDNA, Rabbu, Airbitcs and or STR Insights. 

Pros include securing the desired property and strategic planning, while cons involve higher costs, financing challenges, and complexity.

I go a little more blue collar outside of the city and can get 20% 

I currently live in Southern Maine and am looking to construct some kind of new project rather getting into rehabbing existing residentialProposed Land Budget 100-200kConstruction Budget: 400kAll in 500-600k.I have found that if I do the site work myself including clearing, septic and digging the foundation is that i can sub contract out either steel or a Lester style building (50x150) for around 300k installed with insulation and power , divided into three 2500 square foot units.
