Have you had direct experience using an awesome EXTERIOR paint simulator website/or app (FREE ONE)?

I’m hoping some people will help me with rendering/modeling exterior paint colors for my house (using some kind of software/app).

Just download the app and do a search and see how many are available.

We have a large dataset and want to pick your brain about:Creating relationships from app to app on Podio; especially when there are multiple owners per property or multiple properties per owner.Bulk mapping of fields, (instead of the current individual drag and drop feature we are using) after importing from Excel.Thank you in advance.Jenny

Have you looked into using app folio?

We upload all of our call lists on there and it saves us a ton of time.Accounting- For a simple tool you can use taxbot or realtyzam... they have mobile apps that help you keep track of mileage and expenses.

I am replying using the BP app on iphone.

Also add the Meet Up App or Meetup.com to that list.

Can anyone recommend an easy to use online payment app or method for allowing tenants to pay online and direct to my account?

These features may seem minor, but when we are filling 10 units a month it is nice to not have to chase around app fees and docs all over the place.Property management software.
