I only got this guy because another investor made his millions by selling off all his rentals and said he no longer needed him, but was thinking of flipping a few houses a year just to keep him busy so he'd know where to find him when he needed him again.Yeah, finding a good contractor who is REALLY good will keep you in the game because that is the biggest challenge in this business.

I mean, streets “looking good” will mean that those streets are ok, or there is a lot more to that?

I guess i am a bit surprised at how cavalier some folks are to the effects on  the lives of others with some of these decisions and how good will is an important business concept. 

I think you let this one go, in the spirit of good will.  

They didn't do a formal appeal and when I asked why they said they just don't as nothing good will come from it (deal will likely fall through).The appraiser stated he didn't see any issues I pointed out and left the property value high and the rental comps low.
