Evan I will not invest in a sponsor that I see either on instagram in the shiny new home, fancy cars etc. or acts as an influencer with all these training programs.

We have an influx of people coming in who are associated with the program that are purchasing and renting.

@Jeff Drury  When you work with a professional firm that establishes a ROBS program, they will assist with the valuation process.

For a fix-and-flip scenario your max loan amount would be based off your experience and can go as high as a % or purchase although it is more common to get 90% as the loan size is typically restricted by the percentage of the ARV for that program.

The people who say wholesaling is easy are generally in two camps:- A Guru with a mentorship or training program- A student who just paid thousands of dollars to one of those gurus, and is required to post about how life changing the program was, often using "Go Giver" "Abundance Mindset" or other similar hustle culture language.
