Whether it's stocks, real estate or any other investment: focus on their cash flow, appreciation/growth potential and risks, not on their taxation.

Your photos must look amazing, just focus on the amenities and rooms that look the best.

Then you can focus on analyzing a bunch of deals in your specific neighborhoods and start to learn what makes a good deal and what deals you don’t want to do.
