I learned something interesting about Zika, it’s not like herpes in the sense that it’s always in your system, it’s more like the flu it a cold in that you have it and then after a period of time it leaves your system.

I expect more notes to start hitting the market soon due to uncertainty in the economy due to the virus.  

However, all of that is on pause right now due to market volatility caused by the virus.  

The virus has changed the entire market...I talked to some investors from before the crisis and they were buying at very high prices and had major leverage.

Yeah man before this whole corona virus pandemic, I was going around the lower class portion of Delray door knocking, looking for sellers.

Plus the virus “hangs around” so you could also be personally at risk when you visit the property.
