The MLS price winds up bid up to where it makes sense for the overwhelming majority putting 25% down in a Fannie loan, that's where our Econ 101 "supply and demand curves" meet in the middle on the fictional perfectly efficient open market that they pretend exists in Econ 101 (these podcast guests probably paid the MLS price for their first few properties, but haven't paid the MLS price for the last bunch of properties).All things in life have self-selection bias. :)

The Village at Sunriver has breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gift shops, a kids fun zone, sports equipment rentals, etc. 

I’m looking to invest in Syracuse and I came across a tax called Village Tax and School Tax.

Are there large/stable employers in the Ocala area or do many folks commute to Gainesville, Umatilla/Eustis, The Villages, etc for work?  

Does the survey need to be staked within this village or is an update acceptable?

Unless our fictional investor did something nutty like highly leverage himself and have little to no cash reserves, etc. 

With that the majority of our portfolio is on the west side (Ohio City, Detroit-Shoreway, Edgewater) with some other positions in Newburgh Heights and Slovic Village. 

@Nathan Milholin I was thinking of keeping the Philly house because it's in a good location (Queen Village) and prices in general in that area seem to constantly be going up.
