You're free to wait 30+ years for them to die and hope their offspring feel different but global warming is quickly turning that desert into mars, so good luck getting anybody to move there.

If an issue is professionally fixed where the buyer feels confident it was addressed COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY, then I think you don't need to worry so much about resale value.

I want you to feel the pride in being told all your accomplishments over 10 or 20 years are pure luck by someone afraid to get started.

Don't know about anyone else, but I feel like my personal daily battle is between doing what is urgent and fuels my raging undiagnosed ADHD, or what is actually important.I've done a ton of work on this over the past almost 4 years, and still am nowhere that I think I need to be, but I'm at least getting to a level of awareness I don't think I ever had before and that is a win in my book.

I personally would have to have one of the windows replaced before I'd feel comfortable renting it, but that's just me and based on personal experience including a traumatic one from childhood in watching the apartment building next to ours burn in the middle of the night.
