Hi,How about investing in distressed 1-family homes, They are close by to world-famous attraction places, (some within walking distance, or a short minute's drive) Very cheaply priced, and way below equivalent houses somewhere else. either for Fix and Flip or for Short-Term Rentals/Airbnb, I am a strong believer in my forecast vision, and as far as I look at it, sooner or later these houses will get to be hotcakes!

I bet the lazy way is to be famous and write another book.

There are a few neighborhoods in the city (like Canton) that you wont deal with the crime that Baltimore is famous for.

As with the famous qoute, "It takes a village to raise a child."  

On top of that, even though NYC famously defeated AirBNB in court, there are still a ton of illegal STR's in that city as there are in many other areas where they are "banned", so there's a big difference between being regulated and having those regulations effectively enforced.  

Give me a break... with that being said...check that random art they had in there, you never know if some famous artist painted it and they picked it up from someones garbage can who didn't know any better!

Not giving an opinion on the company one way or the other, just noting it to people and everyone should do their own due diligence and never invest in a company just because someone wealthy or famous invested in it.
