You can have both accounts for a period of time until you move everything over, then you can close your Wells Fargo accounts.Frankly, Wells Fargo has been a frustration... they won't allow mobile deposit over $2,500 and you can't send a wire transfer online for over $10K - they make you go to the branch (what a joke!!!).

You could also maybe use a right to continue marketing clause where you can kick out the other buyer if they do not perform in a certain period of time when a stronger buyer shows up.No legal advice given.

I agree with what several others have posted and as the quote from a policy states, if the title is cured in a reasonable period of time, there is no loss recoverable.I'm assuming this is a judgment lien and not a mortgage lien.
