Hello everyone, I would like to position my investment strategy as a social enterprise, and haven't been able to find relevant conversations about that subject just yet.I am interested in "investing for good" in the Annapolis, MD area, not so much for the purpose of cash flow generation, but to support my community - buying small properties, affordable for a low-income family, and helping out those who may lack credit or references yet are in a truly dire financial situation - whether they are vets, victims of domestic violence, documented immigrants, etc.This may sounds suspicious to you all, but I am happy to hang on to the equity and not make much cash.

If I have a tenant who is claiming domestic violence and wants to move out immediately, what are my rights as a landlord?

For domestic flights it is acceptable but for many areas you will have an extra leg and if you have been to fine air ports you will quickly realize that our air port is not good.  

Then we have a couple of addendums referenced by the lease: criminal activity addendum (which also references domestic disputes), and house rules.

While poor lending practices are certainly a partial contributor of the financial crisis we're seeing, I personally believe there are more fundamental issues, such as a decrease in domestic production, low liquidity among individuals, corporate greed (and personal greed), drop-off in public educational standards, etc.While the lending rules may certainly have hastened (and concentrated) the financial crisis we're seeing, I personally believe it would have happened eventually, even without lower lending standards.So, I disagree with the statement that it "could not have happened without government intervention in the lending market."

Its growth was fueled by domestic demand as government and consumer spending rose.

Deanna McCormick here in Canada we don't have security deposits, I took ownership of the property a month prior and the 5 day wait on repair is due to lack of availability on repairmen, I know this is a long delay for a repair, she didn't create a police report and my suspicion is that the damage is due to tenant domestic dispute

Their claim is that this is not vandalism but the result of domestic violence issues.
