When you leave voicemails and emails to Debbie P you get responses from a Kathy Tran and Sylvia Flores is wanting you to pay your invoice and then they tried to charge me $45 later for my next bid because I canceled but I canceled with an enough time to do my due diligence and discovered they are fraud so my account can sit there with $45 owed because I will never pay them

The list is a nationwide list the Miami-Fort-Lauderdale area made number 2 on the list Orlando was ranked 6 on the nation wide list, so judging by the post I think it would be safe to assume Florida is one of the best states for fix-n-flips.

You may want to get in touch with some realtors in whichever markets you are interested in that specialize in off market deals (pocket listings) and who are also "investor friendly realtors," not just ones that want to off a garbage property to you.
