I still watch them sometimes since every day, while eating lunch at work, I watch real estate-related videos on YouTube. 

I like it because it keeps my money working for me in between finding deals, so I don’t have cash sitting on the sidelines getting chewed up by inflation.That being said, if you have equity from day one.

For example, I stay 99% occupied with my MTRs - the only vacancies are planned vacancies when I need a couple of days for a turnover.

And then decide what it will take every quarter, month, week, and day to be able to achieve those goals.
