I've learned SOOOO much from those podcasts and the books they've recommended; like Brandon's Book on Rental Property Investing, Rich Dad Poor Dad, E-Myth, and one book I stumbled into at Barnes & Noble called Flip: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit.

Hello everyone,I discovered the bigger pockets website a few weeks ago as I finished the book Rich Dad Poor Dad.

No rich real estate agents are afraid they will loose money is why they don't like wholesaling, they could care less about the people it's a money thing all about money!!!!

I did not have a rich daddy.

Currently I am reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and listening to Bigger Pockets and other podcasts to increase my Financial IQ.  

This guys thinks that you can get rich quick flipping houses - because they exclamation points adds emphasis, but in realty I'm not even looking to make as much as I do from my 9-5. 

I also like Jim Cramer's Stay Mad For Life and Get Rich Carefully. 

You're going to be rich soon.If I were you, I'd use that paid for schooling to get an Accounting Bachelors degree. 

In the meantime, I hope to be Rich AF (Alexander Felice) ;)
