Is there anyone in GA who has tried double closing this way and if so, is there a title company or closing attorney you can recommend ?

My attorney's drafted the mortgage and note and we sent it to our favorite title broker at Fidelity National Title for closing.

This is not a do it yourself kind of thing you really sould talk to an attorney. 

Get a strong realtor to help you refer the rest of your core 4, which includes contractors, property managers, and attorneys.

I intend on asking the attorney, but I figured I'd try here first.Any input from someone with experience with this type of situation would be super appreciated!

Be careful with these transactions and get advise from a knowledgeable real estate attorney who works with these to make sure all steps are taken to property protect yourself.
