HUD deals seem to be listed (usually owner occupant, non profit and government agencies for some period of time depending on the "insurability" of it) on the MLS.

In real estate I know the 6%-5% is split between both sides of sale (sellers/buyers) and then the remaining amount is split with the agency, so typically a real estate agent makes 1.5% of a deal.

This is a new federal law that you can get your report from each agency once per year at no cost to you.The process should take about an hour or so as you have to keep re-entering the same data for each agency.If you are married do separate reports, not joint.
