You could take the equity and build a site with smaller cabins in a new area to really maximize your cashflow and efforts.

I would say, when you’re purchasing properties in another country, it’s important to visit there several times and do your research to find out which types of properties have the best returns.

@Cody M.I would add a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment as a contingency to any offers on properties more susceptible to environmental issues (dry cleaners, gas stations, auto repair garages, etc.)
