We have toyed with having a PM just handle leasing, in case we're leaving for a 10 day trip the minute an apartment needs showing but we decided we'd "bite the bullet" and just let units sit unshown and vacant while we're gone (most likely)So all this leads to one underlying thought: You don't have to completely do one or the other, there are quite often solutions in between the two choices.
