@Tyler Altomare The series of books by Don Campbell are Canadian Specific and are really good at laying out his system for REI known as the ACRE system. 

I did all of the demo myself immediately after buying, and I lived in a construction zone for an entire year (one working toilet, no stove, no fridge, no flooring, no furniture, no cable, no TV, no internet).

But to say that the elderly, the uneducated and people with little/no grasp doesn't watch tv or gets out of their house to see for sale real estate signs is highly unlikely, imo.

I think I was really influenced in my suggestion by an Austrailian TV show about STRs that just came to Netflix (it's called Instant Hotel).

There is money to be made in flips but it's not as easy as they show it on tv.

I spend extra time when I'm spending money to make sure I get the best value from that purchase.Example, new TV 3k, other places 2500, few other online retailers 1800.

I personally find the Series LLC to be a great tool for the individual investor who is planning to expand their operation, as it allows for you to scale infinitely - check out this article to learn more.

I'm sure you've seen some of the ads on TV that have the owner remotely talking to an intruder.
