I have been doing a little research on Hard Money Loans and DSCR Loans but I would like to see what this community thinks given all of these puzzle pieces and any recommendations you all may have.

I get the funniest puzzled looks when I show them how I got my daughter to start with $50/month.

Finding the deals is a smaller piece of the puzzle when it's all said and done. 

Any advice would be much appreciated, I'm willing to put in the effort but don't want to waste my time. why someone in palo alto would like to wholesale is really puzzle me

"Can I combine" is great but it is only one third of the puzzle. 

Once explained by you, I had the "a-ha" moment of the puzzle piece that was missing. 

As an investor, what parts of the ADU puzzle are you looking to solve?

I recommend doing some research on good rental markets, and once you have an idea of what you're looking for, I'd switch to focusing on people - whether independent pieces of the DIY puzzle or full-service turnkey providers.

But, it's an important piece of the puzzle.
