Plus you get stays of 90 days or 120 days or whatever at a time.

It was a gang not staying at any hotels they were on the beach looking to rob people for drug money.

I disagree with staying away from saturated markets. people are making 65-100k obviously having success.

But according to Zillow, tenants stay on average 3-5 years in a rental.

When you do a refinance, you are signing a 1 year occupancy clause so you have to plan on staying in the home at least 1 year past a refi.
