CASH or GOLD/silver look like a boring asset when inflation is high, but when the music stops...

My wife's family is from Eagle Rock out near Pasadena.  

With Vaccines on the horizon and all the pent up demand, does anyone see a silver lining? 

Some"nice" packages like silver, gold, and platinum offered bya firm run from $3000 to $9000 per year for just three properties.Inall my learning the suggestion of using CPAs and attorneys came upoccasionally, sometimes as an afterthought, and only a couple oftimes I saw them used in examples with numbers that had no majorimpact (e.g. $27/month on a proforma... really!!?!??).

The big mountain town area in Summit and Eagle counties saw small growth at 0.6% and 0.3% respectively.

In all the stuff was an old tarnished silver spoon from Sweden.

I would highly recommend Josh Shearer (Silver Creek Realty Group) and Andrew Fullmer (Loan officer at Willamette Valley Bank).

I'm willing to stick to these areas as quality of tenant seem to be better than the headaches in places like Silver Lake, Olneyville, etc.
