Within this span of time I have only listened to one single BP Podcast (Episode 477) and reread one single book on real estate (Set For Life).

I'll let you know if/when we identify the problem.I just reread it's a lot of circuits, sounds to me like you're losing a phase and literally half your house shuts down.

Interesting... and now that I re-read my response I realize I should have clarified that I was speaking to my experience in my sub market (Scottsdale area).

Well the business did not work out.Started re-reading Rich Dad Poor Dad for the 3rd time in my life and BAM it finally kicked in.Wife left me because she does not have faith in me and still thinks to be successful you have to work for someone else.Oh well, not me.
