Just saying, making a loan is easy, but most small, occasional lending types usually are not aware of the liabilities and risk of lending, taking an ownership interest is better in every situation with jointly owned properties, I can't think of a single advantage of holding a deed of trust, especially a second.

You'll also, probably, have your dues to the MLS.That just isn't available around here that I know of with our local brokers, had it been that way, I probably would have hung my license just for occasional grins!

I've bought numerous residential properties through the county sheriff's auction, where they'll occasionally have a commercial property go through, but this building isn't scheduled to go through the sheriff's auction anytime soon and we know that it is being auctioned off within the next week.My question is,where would you look to find out where and when this auction will be?
