Some, those that are terrible people by nature, can be extremely venomous.

We are open to other areas in North Jersey but haven't found many towns that have relatively low taxes, close to nature and have a nice downtown.

Naturally they're going to go to the people on their list who are proven closers first.

You need natural light in the rooms, and egress for each bedroom, so that will have to be doors or egress windows in each space. 

It's the nature of markets that once nearly everyone is in agreement that something is a good idea, it's probably about time to take the other side of the bet.

Naturally the months of vacancy destroyed the profitability for the year but it was an important lesson which will be carried forward on our plan for future vacancies.
