The surrounding houses are a mixture of mobile homes and smaller 3/2 the area is more of a ranch type setting with room for future development.Based on some pics the interior is well kept but the outside is just plain bland.

I found this up in Rochester( I live in Corning) and could use some info on the neighborhood.

REI interests ranged from a mixture of builders, rehabbers, flippers, buy & hold (some self-manage and some outsource to property management companies), private money lenders, vendors.

There's truth to that- just like farmers pay their lobbyists to bribe the politicians to keep the corn ethanol subsidy, which doesn't help anyone but corn farmers(it likely hurts everyone else.)
