I have tried a few of the local credit unions and smaller institutions to no avail (15 and 20 yrs are most common).

Looking for a multi-family in Pawtucket, RI in Darlington area on the border with MA.

You should have notified them HOW it was kept (interest bearing or not), as well as the name of the institution and address.

The large corps / institutional investors behind those buildings don't have flexibility on price due to their construction costs,   while anybody who has held a building for even 5 years around here can if necessary reduce rents a bit to keep things occupied if necessary and stay in the black.  

Hi everyone, I just bought a 6 unit multifamily building in Somerville Massachusetts area (close to Harvard University).

I am a hard money lender based close to you in Raynham, MA and do commercial deals all of the time. 

As I mentioned, my price range is probably around the 350k range for a duplex and some triplexes in Lynn/Lowell MA. 

Lived here all my life, aside from four years at The College of Wooster (that's Wooster, OH, not Worcester, MA) and a few months living in Medellín, Colombia.
