Summer is soon approaching so enjoy the last of our “cool” days as much as possible.

We have 8 properties now and in different vacation places we enjoy going to.

It is nice to be outside and enjoying the cool mountain air in the hot tub. 

If you have  / can find suitable land (topography and zoning can be an issue), have access to the necessary capital (more expensive), can be more patient with the timelines (new builds will take quite a bit longer, especially on multi units, and dont' forget to factor in possible weather delays), and enjoy the process of designing something from nothing - GO FOR IT.One big caveat: make sure you have the RIGHT General Contractor who really understands new construction.

@Sarah Kensinger don t forget investors can build and triple net lease their properties via a long term lease to management companies and enjoy all the benefits of passive investing.You are right .management companies who are responsible for taxes , insurance and maintenance, will make sure the property and furnishings( which they paid for) are well taken care of.

Despite what two short guys on a television infomercial may have told them, or some Guy on a boat surrounded by bikini girls may have told them years ago.

Because we do automate, automate, and automate some more, we have time to enjoy life and give guests the little extras.

Friday nite and I'm gonna enjoy it.
