Renting for all my independent life now, I've noticed rentals I've found were on certain platforms being advertised, like craigslist, apartments.com, Facebook marketplace, and landlords posting to their personal social media accounts.However, I can't imagine these avenues being the only advertising methods, when you have something like vacancy to fill.

We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.

Since I'm not an attorney and can't give legal advice, I did a little more digging and found the passage below.

I just gave it a try with a random property I found for sale on Redfin and once the map updated and I clicked on the parcel it brought up a little context window that provided the mailing address (as well as other info).

I have found that most municipalities are willing to work with you on getting the unpermitted work into compliance.

I found through the website “My House Deal.com... which shows great discount and when I clicked on that property, it will show the contact person.

The company sends listings daily until I found one that I was interested in.

Nevada’s a great market, too; have you found that flipping there aligns with your strategy as well? 

I havent found a hml that would allow this.
