How do you add a special expense category for your flip loan?

I know a lot of builders up there, but not very experienced with the flipping model.

On the flip side, the MM may be able to negotiate a much higher price for the land than you could on your own (and close quicker). 

San Antonio offers numerous opportunities, particularly for fix-and-flip projects and rentals.

People are still flipping in high volume. 

I was feeling paralyzed making decisions about what to do, and no joke within 3 weeks of finishing this book I had decided on my next step and was under contract on my first flip property!

I just moved into my 'live in flip' house just north of Boston and loved the process also.
