LOL but this route you have only 4 weeks to contact all the sellers MULTIPLE TIMES.- The golden rule in my group is the seller has to have a deal, the numbers work, be willing to sign, be willing to move out no later then 7 calendar days prior to the auction!!!!! 

To expand on this, and to peg when a person can just be "The Owner" and wash hands of being IN the day-2-day....

We have become good at it, by simply issue a 3 day letter to pay rent or quit.

More than likely, you were relentless in your pursuit and persisted in the midst of temporary setbacks.
