We were about to serve her with the Summary Process Complaint and get her in court, but due to coronavirus this entire process just got put on a permanent hold.

This would potentially put us leasing the property in the winter which is less than ideal, however, we also have concerns about showing the property and re-renting with the current coronavirus and are we are welcoming a new kiddo to the family in late June as well (lots going on!!). 

The low inventory created by coronavirus allowed me to sell at a price that wasnt close to achievable 3 months ago, and it allowed me to increase my cash cushion in case my income drops off a cliff.however I am also putting in an offer this week on another property.

This coronavirus seems to get worse every week but I do know that Bay Area real estate and the stock market will be up 10, 20, 30 years from now which is why my partners and I are looking at multifamily locally. 

Is this normal for companies to sell off their buildings or is this new with the Corona virus pandemic and companies are looking to raise capital?

I don't think coronavirus is any different than the rest.
