Hi Josh,I'd say that anyone who associates themselves with the term "real estate guru" is self-proclaimed.I think it goes against the culture of real estate investing to say that we can do better than our peers, and by calling oneself a Guru, I think this is the resulting effect.

Me, on the other hand, being the hopeless idealist, I think that US will pay back its loans to the Chinese, and others.

You're allowed every freedom to observe every cultural tradition within the boundaries of the law, but you don't change the fabric of how everything runs here.

We just ask you to leave three things at home, your flag, your language and your culture/politics.

It's part of the culture, being lied to, like watching a mountain dew or bud light commercial.
