@Aditya Varlet me preface by saying what I would do isn't right for everyone and only take what I'm saying in any of these posts as food for thought.It really depends on the value of your current home or the R/V ratio if you could rent it out.

I like to (if you have Direct Deposit) Deposit my check in to savings, then ONLY take out what is needed for bills, food and a little splurge (Starbucks, Dining out Etc.)

The real kicker is, when renting the home, everything is outside; bathroom trailers, food, etc. nobody really steps for inside the home, and the owner gets between $4,000 and $8,000 every event.

We are looking for an agent and this is great food for thought and very helpful questions to ask.

Well worth it and good to see their ARE other millennials out there that have the same goals and not just snap chatting pictures of their food and the bar all day N nite!

There needs to be good light where cooking and food prep occurs.It is costly to add plumbing and electricity later, so placing such in the right places from the start, in anticipation of future needs, is a good idea.
