Providing BP doesn't go out of business, it will be interesting to look back on this in 2029 and see who was right/closest.Personally, I think it's easy to go with Florida or Texas city, but they appear to already have a lot of the near term appreciation built in to today's prices.

From my research on the county's website, it doesn't appear to have a mortgage on it currently.

That way it doesn't appear to the public as something the County is responsible for maintaining.My proposed variance would state, in effect, that if a private road is paved and has a Road Maintenance Agreement in place, an access/utility easement of 60' in width to a public road is required regardless of size or number of parcels.

I do a pretty good amount of retail deals around the country, and just like in residential "free space in the dessert, is still free space in the dessert" meaning that while it may appear there is less demand in the business/retail world, its all down to where your retail space is.
