Is the best email address to inquire at the "info" address?

I ask for a copy of their driver's license and the bank approval and/or POF with their address matching their drivers license.   

This is true even if you do not have a forwarding address for the tenant--in which case you mail it to the premises. 

Especially if you have a US address and there is a US LLC, but either way an investor loan (Debt-Service) would be typical depending on a bit more details. 

OP if you’re primarily referencing new investors I would also have them focus on the LLC operating agreement and their operating procedures.LLC operating agreement address voting against cash distributions to prevent legal claims.  

It seems that this type of partnership could very well work, as long as each point is addressed and formally looked at by a professional. 

You seem to have an air of entitlement with addressing maintenance concerns.

Do you have a good relationship with your parents and are you comfortable collecting rent from them, addressing maintenance requests for them and things like that?
