I would recommend doing your research and finding a company that has great reviews or try and get a recommendations from owners who utilize PM companies in the Colorado Springs area.

I have, however, seen a lot of good reviews about his program, and in the grand scheme of things, it isn't that expensive. 

If all the above checks out, I'm not sure if I would ask for 1.5-2x Deposit, I would think this is more of a gut feel decision at reviewing all the documentation.Hope this helps.
